Datadog, Inc. (Nasdaq:DDOG), the monitoring and analytics platform for developers, IT operations teams and business users in the cloud age, today announced that the underwriters of its previously announced initial public offering (IPO) of 24,000,000 shares of its Class A common stock have exercised in full their option to purchase an additional 3,600,000 shares of Class A common stock at the IPO price of $27.00 per share. The exercise of the underwriters’ option closed on September 25, 2019. All of the shares in the offering were offered by Datadog. Datadog’s Class A common stock is listed on The Nasdaq Global Select Market under the ticker “DDOG.”
